Breastfeeding often prolongs the return to fertility - and spotting is frequently the indication that you have returned to fertility.

I would certainly verify this with your doctor - or a local nurse line, but I think you have nothing to worry about.

No, I'm not ob-gyn, I've just got 6 kids that were breastfed so back then we had to do a lot of reading about a lot of stuff that goes with breastfeeding.

I believe Rick is right. I am not a doctor either but I know when my wife and had our first we checked into all this. Many reports stated that women will have different things happen ranging from bleeding almost right away to not until the stopped breastfeeding to spotting here and there. As Rick had also stated, always check with the nurse or ob/gyn. Never be too afraid or even feel like your being paranoid.

I feel like crap no energy, cramps, and today I am getting very little clots.
This is also normal but again check with your doctor. Your body has gone through a lot of changes and is trying to get all the organs back where it needs to be. Make sure you are paying attention to your diet and drink lots of water and as much sleep as you can get. I know this is easier said than done but do what you can. Hope this helps.
