    Adoption fraud
Is it considered fraud in the state of Florida if a father executes adoption papers and gives up his parental rights if the mother has made it clear that she is not having the child adopted and still releases the father from his child support obligation. This is all part of a mediation agreement in another state and I just want to make sure it can be enforced in the state of Florida, it is not considered fraud and that the father can not come back in the future and challenge the terms of the agreement if the child is not adopted.

The parental right motion would not be valid unless during the adoption process the judge signs it.
So no this process would not be legal and could easily be over turned
