    Equipment such as a car lift and a air compressor in a property that is bolted in wired to the breaker box and has black iron pipping from it can the prior owner now after 18 month demand to retrieve these items no written agreement ever existed of giving these thing back to prior owner

    Can they ask, of course, but if the car was sold and title transferred and care given, and no written agreement on parts, no, tell them to sue you if they want to.
