    Tax garnishment
    Hello. My tax refund check is being garnished by student loan debt collectors. How can I stop the debt collector from garnishing my taxes..

    You can't stop them from garnishing for student loans. Maybe if you get them caught up through the year you might be able to get them to stop. You can ask them to send you a form to see if you are eligible for reduced payments.
