I know what I want to do is "Discovery" my question is she has DirectTV and she claims not to have a phone number, what or how do I write a motion to get directtv to give me that number?

No company will give you their clients' information without a court order (or they wouldn't keep their customers very long, would they?)

You need to file a motion to compell if she isn't co operating. The direct TV might be in someone else's name and your at a dead end. Does she work ? You can always get her records from there and if she has a phone or contact number listed in her file it will be there.
Do you have cildren together ? If so and she doesn't give you contact information you can charge her with contempt.
