    Can I add a cealing fan to a 4 outlet lighting circuit protected by a 15amp breaker?

    Yes you can but there is no guarantee that you can't blow the circuit breaker. Ot all depends on what you plug into those outlets. Check the rating of the fan and light kit if using one.

    You should be fine. Ceiling fans draw very little current.
