I like to save picture to CD, I right-click on the picture, I click on 'send to', but I can not find my Rewritable CD Drive on the drop down menu, (I used to have that Drive on the menu, I just click on the CD Drive, I can easily save my pictures, documents, etc. to CDs, It is now magically disappear.) Then I open 'my computer', I found my CD Drive, I opened it, I tried to use 'copy and paste', but it didn't work either. I think there may be some sort of Window Software is missing, I am sure the CD Drive still working, because I can make exact copy from other CDs, making movies using third party software. How can I get my CD drive appear on the drop down menu again, can anyone help me. Thank.

1) What operating system are you using?

2) Did you format the CD properly? What name did you use for the label?

3) With Win XP, all I have to do is to click on the picture that I want to move or copy and then look over to the left side of the screen and there will be some dialog boxes that ask you if you want to copy or move the picture. Select the desired task and click on it, you will then be asked where you want to move the image.

If you don't see the CD, it is probably because it has not been formatted.

Try and reload the drivers for the cd writer. If that don't work, I can tell you how to get it back in the drop down menu but it's a lot to type lol. Re-install drivers and see that don't fix it. If not. Ill tell you how to add it back in the drop down menu. Easy to do just a few steps to run through
