    Are You a Psorasis Sufferer?
    Anyone had any luck using home remedy for psoriasis? A 17 year young friend of mine had a pretty severe case until we hit on Vitamin E. He takes the 400 Vitamin E capsule at breakfast and at night and uses Vitamin E oil on his skin. He has made a remarkable improvement and continues this treatment.

    Flaxseed oil or omega is also good for skin conditions.

    Fish oil capsules work to moisturize the skin from within. My Dr. told me that the UV rays from the sun helps. The psoriasis on the back of my hands and arms pretty much went away after they were sunburned from mowing my lawn.
