    Money scam
Slightly different cicumstances to winning 1 million on the italian lottery,a person inherits around 10 million euros, but it is in a spanish bank,he has been told he has to pay 14,000 pounds in tax to the spanish government, also 9,000 pounds for a anti terrorist/drugs certificate to say it will not be used for these reasons. Is this a genuine occurrence when such a large amount of money is involved.this money is to be transferred to a bank in england.this is not made up,it is genuine, but are they making money out of this person they should,nt be??
