    Court house marriage
    My fiancé and I have been engage for about a year now. We want to get married at the Chicago Court House. How do we go about this process? What are the regulations for the state of Illinois?

    The larger court houses normally just have set times for those with marriage license to appear at the court house ( normally in judges chanbers) to be married.

    First you will need a marriage license and when applying for it they can give you the details and the costs.
