    Married, husband not on deed
    What's the law in Michigan on Quit Claim Deeds if my husband is not on the
    Title or mortgage do I have to fill one out while we are getting divorced?

    Before you start screwing around with your house, I'd let your lawyer and the judge do all that stuff.

    The only reason to quitclaim the deed was if you are giving or selling the house to someone, so are you going to let him have the home ?

    You only do what the judge orders you to do, or what your agree to do with your attorney
