I want to know what to do
:confused: I have a boyfriend NOW but I still have feeing for my ex. Me n my ex broke up 9 month ago we have a good time together we lasted 3month 3week n 3day once we broke up we did not talk for 2 week after that we started to talk over the summer. When school started we fooled around once a while then we stop. I found out 2 month later he is going out with a girl the same day we got together. I love me new boyfriend we been together for 3 month 2 week n 6 day I don't love him the way I love my ex I want to get over my ex I don't want my feeling 4 my ex to interfere with my new relationship …please some one help me DON'T KNOW WAT TO DO ANYMORE!!

One thing I have learned is that when you look back you tend to 'romanticize' your past by remembering the good things and minimizing or even blocking out the not so good or even bad memories. You have to remind yourself what it was about your ex that caused you two to break up. The past week I have been missing one of my ex's really bad but I know that it is for the best that I got away from him.

Your age is important because we have substantive suggestions for people that are age relevant. I wouldn't suggest to a 15 year old that she take a break by going to Aspen for the weekend, and I wouldn't suggest to a 30 year old that she may have to see an "ex" cause they have the same classes.
