Windows Vista Home Basic Pop Up.
I'm wondering if anyone knows how I can disable the pop up from Vista that keeps telling me that "Windows has blocked some start up programs"?

After all, I'm the one who chose which programs to block, so, DUH, of course it has blocked some start up programs!

The damn thing pops up about every 15 to 25 minutes and I'm so sick of closing it every time it does.

Thanks for any help that may be out there.

Is it as simple as a right click and delete?

I know how to check and uncheck the boxes in msconfig, but I'm not sure how to take them out completely?

    Thanks for your help!

That is what started this whole problem.

Because I have unchecked a few programs from start up, this damn balloon keeps popping up, every 15 minutes or so, and it has become very annoying.

    Thanks anyway.
