    What can I take or do to stop coughing ?

    One thing I noticed when I get a cough is that I need to cut down on my soda because the sugar makes me cough more. Try eating oranges or drinking orange juice without sugar and get as much vitamin C as you can. Hot teas are good too. Mint is good and chicken soup is good too.
