    Correct Alphabetical Filing
    It would appear that filing is done according to what school you attended. :rolleyes: Is there a correct rule of thumb for alphabetical filing. We are filing business names like this:

    3F Co
    A-1
    D & J Electric
    Dannon
    DJ Electric
    S & S
    Salazar
    SS Malek

    Would you say this above listed method is correct?

    I really have to comment on this. You are asking a question about organizing things in order. Yet you scrolled down past all the other topics to pst in the Forum Help area. In doing so, ignoring the bold, red Read me FIRST warning that would have told oyu where to post your question.

    Anyway, the way you are sorting looks fine.
