    Please help!
    I'm on J1 and I print so many forms I still don't know which one is correct?? :confused:
    I'm trainee in Hotel in FL and I will be very thankful if somebody tell me which form I can file for 2005.
    I'm married recently /01/17/06/and I have only paychecks incomes.

    Vassi:

    You must file Form 1040NR or 1040NR-EZ. You can probably prepare the Form 1040NR-EZ as it is relatively simple. The form can be download from www.irs.gov, along with instructions to fill them out. Mail the return to the IRS Center in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania.

    You can claim a $3,200 personal exemption, which will likely complete offset any taxes you owe. You will get all the money withheld back.
