    I cant lose weight!
I work out almost everyday for about 60-90minutes, at what I think is a rigorous workout. I eat healthy... but I am not seeing any drop in the scale. I used to weight about 120 and now I weigh 140 after some poor eating habits. But, I believe I have got back to good eating habits but my weight is not what it should be nor do I have the body I once did!! What do I do??

It could be muscle because muscle weighs more then fat. So keep eating healthy and only do 30-50 min. of exersice 2-3 times a week (I did that and I went from 123 pounds to 100 pounds)

Change your exercise routine. The body gets used to whatever it experiences.

If you starve yourself, it decreases metabolism. If you only run, it gets used to the pattern and the returns diminish over time.

Athletes cross train for a reason. The more angles you can hit your body from, the more it will respond.

For ex... my wife used to run like mad. Sometimes lift. Worked like hell to crank her body in. what worked better? Now she runs less, does pilates, yoga, and tae bo. Two weeks of pilates did to her abs what weeks of running and free weights couldn't.

I completely agree that a bad change in diet, even over just a few weeks, can really offset your gains.

That you lost weight before means you can again most likely... that it isn't a thyroid issue, for ex. So now its time to attack your body.

One summer I really cranked things in with hiking. Instead of my normal runs and walks, I went to a local state park and walked the rocks across the dam. It took about 45 min, was hard work in terms of balancing, and I cranked in my body in ways I wasn't getting with the same old routine. Was the first time I really saw how important it is to cross train and hit your body from different exercise routines.
