    Why does my router erases the flash after saving configuration ?
    Why does my router erazes the flash after saving my configuration with the "copy run start" command?

    What brand is it? Cisco?

    Switch#show running
    Switch#copy running-config startup-config
    Switch#reload

    The configuration register is most likely wrong. Try this
    enable
    configure terminal
    config-register 0x2102
    copy run start

    and see if that fixes your issues
