If there is any right to cancel it will be specifically stated in the agreement you signed, usually either at the top or near the signature line. If there is nothing in the agreement about the right to cancel then there is no law that gives you that right.

edwinski disagrees: The question was about the 3 day provision.
Yes, I'm quite aware of that. I'm also aware of the fact that the laws in all 50 states require that if the 3 day provision applies, it must be stated clearly in writing on the document that is being signed. So in your case, if the 3 day provision applies, it will clearly say so on the document you signed. If the document doesn't say anything about having the right to cancel within 3 days then the 3 day provision does not apply.

First, may I call your attention to the guidelines for using the comments feature found here:

Second, posting the same question multiple times and piggy backing your question on someone else's thread is not the best way to use this site. So your questions have been merged.

To answer your question, the 3 day right of recission was a provision in the Fair Credit Reporting act. It provided that someone signing for credit had 3 BUSINESS days to rescind the contract. Even though not required in non credit transactions, the idea of the right of recission is often written into other contracts. So Lisa's response was exactly correct. Since a lease is not a credit transaction, its not covered by the federal law. So, unless such a right is written into your contract then it doesn't exist.
