    Shin Splits or Stress Fracture?
I run track and cross country and over the past year I have developed shin splints in both of my shins. I ice them when I am done working out. But that doesn't seem to do much. Just recently I've noticed that they have gotten significantly worse, to the point where I can barely walk...

But I would like to know how I can tell the difference btwn shin splints and stress fractures.

    Please Help!! :(

You really must see a sport injury specialist to tend to your splints, otherwise they will get worse to the point where you can't manage them at all. You can't tell the different, that's why you see a sports injury specialist.
