Where do I report green card fraud
Where do I report someone who possesses a green card, but does not live in the US nor planninig to live here, but uses the green card to conduct business, and avoiding paying taxes here and the country he is from, in other words uses the green card to launder proceeds from various bussinesses. Please let me know where would a report such a thing, maybe a phone number, or anykind of information that can help me in making such report.

    Thank you

If the case is as you state it, and you must have your facts straight first before reporting, I would call the US Consulate.

Greencards are not given out that easily. I had one years ago because my husband was sponsored by a US Company, when we moved back to Canada we had to surrender them because we did not want to return to the US to work. It was a long drawn out process and took a year to get the greencards. Proof has to be shown that you are being sponsored by a US Company.

You should call ICE (Immigration Custome Enforcement) about this 1-866-DHS-2ICE. Be sure to have all the pertinent information you have on this person available so you can tell them everything about this person.

People like him make it bad for the people who legally have green cards and pay their taxes on the income they make here in the US.
