    Are these vitamins good to take to make your hair grow?
    I have ultraa nourish-hair says it has 1200 mcg biotin.

    I only take one a day and it says take two. Would that be OK?
    I've taken it for a month or so now and I'm not sure if its grown a lot from it.

    Sweetie, scalp hair grows at a maximum rate of half an inch per month no matter what you do. Taking vitamins will make your hair and nails healthier and stronger, but they won't make your hair grow faster. You shouldn't take more than 1000 to 1200 mcg of biotin a day. If you take two 1200 mcg biotin a day, it will cause nausea or give you an upset stomach.
