Pay for judegements or file bankruptcy?
Please help. There are 3 judegements against me, one of them is a mistake. On the judegment copies stated that they served the paper to me, but in fact I don't receive any thing, they filed it without my knowledge. Can I appeal? If not I want to pay for the judegment, but the judegements will stay on my credit reports for about 7-10 yrs and creditors can renew it. It is as bad as file bankruptcy. I am confused, which option should I choose? Please advice.
