    Cant enter safe mode
    The screen keeps freezing after the Mup.sys driver loads that is it just sits there frozen and I can't get into regular windows either the video card needs to be adjusted some way or another but can't do that if I can't get into safe mode or regular windows?? Help??

    Mup.sys usually takes long to load so I suggest leaving it for a good while (the computer won't respond while its loading but don't worry)..

    If it still fails, I reckon you have a bad driver (you say there's a problem with the graphics card so I'm thinking its that) so try booting up with the card out and plug the screen to the onboard graphics

    When you turn on your laptop and its just about to load, turn it off. Then turn your laptop on again and the safety mode screen will come up and you use the arrows to choose the safety mode.
