    Yes, the cold seems to be gone, thank you for caring about me hon.

    But I seem to have strained my lower back today and I can hardly move. The pain is right on top on my hips, in my back. Hopefully rest tonight will make it better.

    Thanks Start, Marta put some penetrating hot cream on it last night and this morning I put the hot/cold patches on. It feels a little better now, we'll see.

    Yes... we need to find a way to correct this (not talking in a while), miss you.

    Everything is fine, pretty much. I hope all is fine with you too? Can't find snow anymore, thank God. Today is 44 degrees and rain.

    Back is very tender at the moment hon, drugged up for the pain. Marta seems to like me that way (I've noticed..hahaha.....~~~mellow yellow~~~~~~~).

    Note: I typed a detailed response to your question on "stop smoking" thread. Hit send, it timed out and erased it... I'll try a bit later again when I have a moment... just wanted you to know sweet.:)

    I am Great! I actually shut my eyes for 25 minutes today and let Jett just hang out...
    I was a little uneasy but I thought for sure I would fall over and die if I didn't lie down. 25 minutes can brighten anyone's day, so I am GREAT!
