First and only love
I'm 17 and still in love with my ex who is 19. I quit my school durin my Alevels to come be with her here in london. When I got here we broke up 3 months after (my fault) she's over me now but I still love her to bits... we're best friends and will always be. We went out for 3 years.
What do I dooooooo? :(

Finish your education, and move on with your life. Not smart dropping out of school. A mistake you need to correct. Leave her alone, as its quite clear she has changed her mind about you, so its up to you, to build your own life without her.

She cares about education more than anybodyyyy, she convinced me to come to london. She doesn't want to be with anybody at the moment just study study study, but whenever I ask her if she thinks we can get back together she says not NOW... so I don't know what to think

Don't think, do as she is doing, getting her education, so she has a better chance for a better life. You can't be very attractive to a female who wants more, without a high school diploma, or whatever its called across the pond. You can't flip hamburgers in America with out a high school level diploma. So understand her position, your future is not very bright to her right now. Are you getting my drift?

I was in a foundation course and did really well so I'm in first year now but really no motivation to work without her... never wanted to go to uni

You have way too much of yourself wrapped up into her, and need a life of your own. No wonder she doesn't have time for you. You don't have time for yourself.

They all say that, until someone else comes along and takes there attention. Then you feel like crawling under a rock. Friends? Maybe later, once you get over her, and have moved on enough to realise the difference between friendship, and hoping for another chance. Until then, you only delay the inevitable. Do you know the difference?

Naturally, she is getting over you as well, and she is a little mad that you can consider someone else at this time. That's understandable, but none of her business. She isn't ready for a friendship with you either, but she wants you confused, and close to her, to maybe have you there while she explores her options, and can't find someone right away, or she has an idea of someone, but you can be there, if it doesn't work out. Either way not good for you. That's why you cut contact ,and let yourself heal, so you can see things in a realistic manner, and make better decisions based on fact, and not just feelings. Her actions are confusing now, because you don't know the motives behind them. This leads to false hope, because you think she may want you back. I don't think that's the case, I think she doesn't want you moving on away from her right now. Then she would be alone, wouldn't she. Pay attention, or stay confused.
