    Who files taxes for h2b who is out of country?
    :confused: I have a couple h2b workers who are out of the country. They will return after the date for tax filing. How do I go about filing their taxes for them?[/B]

    You CANNOT file for them. A tax return is a LEGAL DOCUMENT that must be signed by the taxpayer himself.

    However, they CAN and should file from wherever they are located.

    With the Internet and email, this is not a hard process.
