Outlook express jamming up + msimn.exe
Hi peoples. This morning, I went tol log on to outlook express and everything was fine. I went to send a email.. ( a picture ofmy digital camera) and after it was sent, everything jammed up and went to a halt. I checked the processes and msimn.exe was using everything up. I did a coupe of scans and nothingmajor came up. Re-started and as soon as I click outlook everything goes crazy and msimn.exe goes nuts. If I halt that process and go back to the internet , it works fine , but can't use outlook. Any ideas on how to stop msimn.exe from killing everything? Thanks everyone.

You can try this out. This will most probably work.

Open Outlook express (even if it means to slow down your comp). Go to OUTBOX folder and delete the file which you are trying to send. I presume the picture you are trying to send is quite a large attachment and is taking up the resources to slow down your system.
Next time, you can resample the picture and send it via email.
Or use the web interface of the email program to do the job.

Let me know if it works.

    Msimn.exe IS outlook express

Id say leave it to do its work for a good while and if its still crashed then try to send the photo with your email providers web-based client if they have one (most do)
