    Zipping Access
I'm trying to compress an access db. It's 9MB initially and 2MB when zipped. I went through and stripped it of anything unnecessary and it made no difference. What can I do?

9 Meg is not a large file by any means.
What exactly are you trying to achieve here ?

The last part of your question is rather unclear, could you please give us more detail.

Iwas trying to attach it to a question here. The max zipped size is 97kb and I can't get it this small.

Did you do a compact and repair before you zipped it?

Yeah done that. I can't get it zipped to smaller than 161kb which is too big to attach to one of these questions.

Try zipping then renaming as jpg. If it attaches let me know to rename it back to Zip.

Oh, I didn't realize that was you. Didn't my last response answer? If not, add a response to that thread detailing the other issues.
