    5 days late - 2 negative tests what's going on?
    Hi there...
    So me and my boyfriend decided I would stop taking because to start to think about trying for a baby.
    So I took my last pill on sat 9th feb and had my normal break period starting tues 12th lasting my normal 4 days end on the fri (15th).
    We have been having unprotected sex since then and I haven't had a period since.
    To be honest I wasn't expectng my periods to carry on as perfect as they were and understand they may be a bit messed up but I am now 5 days late andconvinced I am pregnant! I took a (cheap) pregnancy test on the 10th march (day I was due) an another today fri 14th march - both came up negative.
    But I still have no sign of my period and - I normally feel it a couple of days before I'm due but nothing!
    Im not having pregnancy symptoms as such... I'm am very tired and have felt a little sick lately... but again I don't know if that if side effects to coming of the pill!
    Does anyone think I should buy a more expensive test and try again or just wait for my period to come?
    Any advice would be great as I'm a little confused!

    5 days is hardly late enough to be certain. Your body could just be taking a while to adjust. I'd leave it a month before testing again, otherwise you're just wasting money.
