First off, how old are you? And if your grandparents go to court for custody of you, and you speak in court, the judge usually takes a child's wants and best interest into consideration. That is at a certain age. I don't think that there is a specific age. Just the ideals of the court, really.

There is no age where you can just decide and move ( well OK at 18 years of age)

So before you are 18, the courts have to decide, so if you want to live with the non custodial parent, they will have to file a motion in court for custody of you, and there will be a hearing, you can testify what you want, but both parents also get to give evidence on what is best for you also.

In the end the judge will decide.
