    How to start an email petition?
    Does anyone know how to start an email petition? I need to start one for something I have been researching and I have no idea how to do this. Please help. Thanks!

    Send the e-mail to a group of people asking them to add their names and forward on, making sure you are copied in on any forward.

    A better way is to set up a WEB site where people can "sign" the petition and just have people send a link to that site to anyoen they think would be interested.

    There are places online specifically set up to do petitions and you can just direct people there. I only know this because I've been directed to them, but have never actually used them so can't recommend any one in particular or vouch for their safety. You'd have to take some time to look them over. I just did a Google on "create petition" and got this:

    And of course everyone realises they have little or no value for actually changing anything??
