I don't know but if you are trying to loose weight starvation is the worst thing to do. If you body is starved it holds onto all the fat because it becomes afraid to use it all up. The way to loose weight is to eat small healthy meals several times a day. How old are you and why do you want to know about starvation mode?
I knew a girl who starved herself to be thin and she became so ill that 20 years later she still can't drive a car because she has seizures from the damage done by starving her brain.

I believe you asked a question about this earlier...

Starvation mode will reduce your metabolic rate quite a bit... and you may lose about 5 - 6 lbs first and then not lose any weight...

While maintaining a calorie deficit of about 500 - 800 calories a day will allow you to lose about 2 - 3 lbs a week... and continue losing it while you add light exercises to it.

I usually recommend starting at a 200 - 300 calorie deficit first, then gradually increasing it to about 500 - 600.

Don't go into starvation mode... as it's not effective and has long term damage on the kidney and the heart.

To answer your question, however, starvation mode takes roughly anywhere between 1 - 2 weeks to a month... for a normal, healthy, person with no past experiences with ED.

Make this the 3rd time you posted this situation before. Please only add it to one thread. Please read your answers. Keep in mind that starvation of the body will do more harm then good. You are really killing your body this way. Please go see your doctor.
