The balance clip probably moved. I never had success when trying to rebalance so looks like you might have to buy a new wheel.

I would start by rechecking the mounting of the blower assembly in the air handler. Are the motor brackets strait and true with good rubber vibration absorbers?

If you did not remove the motor and wheel from the housing it is possible some dirt is still on the wheel causing the out of balance condition.

I would get a new blower wheel before you take out a $600 blower motor. You need to make sure you got the blower housing slid back into the unit right if you missed one of the holding lips it will vibrate. Was it out of balance before you did your cleaning?

The wheel was OK before I did the cleaning, the motor was replace by Trane, but I was there and first the helper installed the motor out of the flat surface on the shaft, then they find out it was not set right and they have to use a wheel puller to take the wheell out .then they file a little the mark that was done due to the bad setting of the set screw,
I don't know if that little marK on the shaft will do all this unbalance I camplain to the manager they send the guy again and they want to replace the wheel and more labor have to be charrge and this is a TRane autorized service,if the motor goes I have the old motor for replacement.
    Thanks
