Problems due to Re-entering to US
Previously I was legally in United States (NY) for over 4 years (2001-May 2005) with Student Visa (along with my family). I returned back to my home country on May 2005. During my study over there I had some credit card debts which on my return back to Home country ı couldn't get a chance to pay.( I might also have some traffic tickets as well) the total debt may not exceed 12.000 US Dollar.

Later on in 2007 I applied to a Tourist Visa and some how I wait for the Clearence for more than 4 months, but finally I got a visa for 10 year period (multiple entries). Now I am working on a WorldBank Project and due to Work schedule they have send me an invitation to go to USA for 10 day technical visit.

My question is, I really am in a very big hesitation wheater they will allow me to enter to US or not? Because of my previous debts. I also am ready to have pay these debts over there. Do you think information about my financial bacground appears in the custom? And your suggestions please.

I would appreciate if you could get back to me soon.

I don't know about the debts. If the traffic tickets have turned into warrants, no, you won't be able to get back into the Country. And if you do you could be arrested on the outstanding warrants on the spot.

So pay the debts from there, contact the traffic courts from there, straighten it all out, then enter the US.
