    2 Home loan
    Having 2 home loan 1) Mumbai 2) Pune

    Mumbai loan interest paying/yr is around 150000/- and its rent out @ 10000/month

    Pune loan interest paying/yr is 350000/- and self occupied.


    Could you please let me know what is the maximum benefit I can get from IT.
