    Suddenly feeling hot
    My mother is an 80 year old with a history of severe pancreatitis (as the result of an ERCP). What does it mean when she suddenly feels very hot, particularly in the face?

    One of the symptoms of Pancreatitis is fever, so I could assume the sudden hot feeling could be the result of fever, but if she has had this condition for a long time it wouldn't be new to her.
