Mama2006, it's normal for a baby to be head down at 28 weeks. Cephalic means that the baby is lying head down and the vast majority of babies are in this position for most of the pregnancy. The entire process of pregnancy-from conception to birth-takes about nine months, or 37 to 40 weeks. Follow your doctor's advise and get lots of rest.
