    Kemore elite washer won't spin!
    Hi,
    I have to slam the washer down to start it, and now it won't spin, I have had this washer for 2 years, this is a top loader, fairly new, any help would be appreciated...

Kenmore Elite Washer does not spin heavy loads [ 3 Answers ]

We have a Kenmore Elite 23022101 washer. It spins and drains fine with light loads. With heavier loads like bath towels, it does not spin at all. When we remove the towels and break it up into 1/3 loads, it works fine. The washer is about 4 years old and up to now was able to wash these heavy loads.

Model 417.42142100. Front loading machine. Does not spin or agitate, drum will not operate. Everything else seems to work. Fills, drains, makes noise like it's working during all cycles.
