    Writing contract deed
    Can someone write a example of a good contract for deed where you would control the property with no money and no payments for 6months payments after that are to go to property price, 1yr, from that date must pay full asking price of 25,000 at 10% yearly interst on full 25,000!!

    You basically just wrote it, you need to write in the terms of what happens if one or both parties default.

    You can check out places like www.legalzoon.com and some other sites. But I would advice greatly that you hire an attorney for a few 100 dollars to write you one.
