Is it possible to connect PVC to a 3/8 soft copper line?
Is it possible to connect PVC to a 3/8 soft copper line?

I'm creating a misting system out of PVC but I want to connect it to my city water supply, I'm not sure how to connect the two pipes best, I'm assuming soldering wouldn't be good, so I was thinking PVC glue or threading them somehow.

Please explain 3/8 soft copper line. Is it 3/8 soft copper pipe or 3/8 tubing?

There is a difference. Pipe is measured on the inside, tubing is measured on the outside.

If its 3/8 copper pipe, solder on a 3/8 threaded adapter on the copper (male or female), glue on the opposite on the PVC.
If its 3/8 copper tubing (like the supply tubes to your faucet) you will probably have to use a compression fitting of some type.

I like this one, Harold. You may also use a compression adapter on the copper if you wish but without knowing the size of the PVC pipe it's impossible to size the adapters at this time. Regards, Tom

You are right of course, Tom. Should have just said "threaded adapter " with out specifying the size. Beats soldering the PVC thoiugh.
