    Birth Control and brown spots?
    Okay, so I was on Birth control for about a year, about two years ago, (I was on orthtricyclenlo) and I started getting light brown spots above my upper lip. I didn't really notice them at all... and then I decided to get on a knock-off brand of orthtricyclenlo,and, the brown spots started getting worse. I stayed on this knock-off brand from about Feb. of last year until May of last year.
    Then I started working as a life guard out side in the sun. My brown spots got horrible then, even, with sunscreen on. Now I have been off Birth control since may (about 9 months) and the spots have faded a lot,but, are not completely gone. How will they ever fade? I still wear sunscreen on them every day before I go out.
    Will they ever go away?
    And, if I go tanning, will they get darker even though I'm not on birth control?

    Also, I'm thinking about getting on birth control again... any suggestions of what won't cause this to happen again? Obviously, not orthtricyclenlo. :)
