    Provincial Statutes of limitation regarding debt/contracts?
    Hello my name is Steve,

    I need help in gathering information on the statutes of limitations referring to debt.
    I need to know what each province has in regard to OPEN ACCOUNTS - ORAL CONTRACT- PROMISSORY NOTE AND WRITTEN CONTRACT.

    I would also appreciate any information on how much each province can garnish with respect to wages.

    It is a project my son is doing on the history of credit and the damage caused by banks and creditiors. I have looked at some sights including government and cannot find a listing of them. Thank you for asking:)
