    Creating websites with search facility
Can anyone advise - as a novice is there an easy way to create a website with a search facility or should I employ a professional?

The website will be a sell your own house site and I want people to be able to use varying criteria to search the properties.

    Thanks

It's not too hard. There's tonnes of free scripts out there that will help.

First one I came across was this: http://www.wrensoft.com/zoom/

Does your web space have either PHP or ASP scripting support? If so, let us know which and we can suggest a few more scripts.

Here is a good resource for features and comparisons: www.searchtools.com

    My favorite is freefind.

Here is a web-software that I sell that accomplishes all of the goals that you intend to achieve.

You can see a demo here:

    Otherwise, I recommend Xoops.

Can anyone tell me of websites that help you find the name of a song & artist just by entering a few words to the song? I've tried Song1.com and Namethattune.com, but I would like to find others that focus on Old School or Classic Rock music. Thanks!
