WHOA - sounded familiar so I checked back through the posts.

You previously posted this as some "misunderstanding" and a lot of people spent time researching and answering you... and now in fact you DID steal the money by "paying yourself for extra hours"?

To be candid it would appear honesty is not your strong suit -

You have posted the same question - which contradicts your earlier post - in two threads.

    Hello again:

For clairification purposes, stealing is a crime against the state. Your employer cannot take away the states right to prosecute you.

By the same token, if you're criminally prosecuted, the state cannot sign an agreement with you saying if you plead guilty, your employer can't sue you.

    Hello again, Happy:

I don't know. I'm not going to go back and read what I've said to you, but I'm absolutely CERTAIN I didn't tell you to snitch on yourself.

Besides stealing, and besides misleading us, going to the cops was one of the MORE stupid things you did.

When I was in the slam, lots of people told me that they didn't want to be there. But when I examined what they did, I became convinced that they did everything they could to make CERTAIN they wound up in there. I think you're one of those.
