My grandmother have moved from Greece to live with me. She has always attended the Church of Greece. Can she receive communion in a catholic church?

Presuming you mean a Greek Orthodox Church, she can receive Communion at a Roman Catholic Church only with a dispensation from the Bishop - and possibly with a dispensation from the Pastor.

I think this can vary from diocese to diocese. Ask the Pastor at your church.
