    little man who lived in the sand
    hi me and my sister used to watch this show sometime in the 90's and we cannot remember what it was called! It had 3 children who had a little sort of "oracle" who lived in the gravel (and looked a little bit like yoda from star wars! ) and would come out and speak to them... the children would get given wings and fly around. They wore victorian sort of clothes ( the girls wore white pinafores over their clothes and the boys wore an oliver twist-ish type of costume). It was a great children's fantasy TV programme and we are desperately trying to figure out what it was called and the little man's name!
    please help!!

    Damn I can't remember what its called either! I used to love it! I will ask my friends and see if anyone else remembers what its called.. hopefully one of the should know

    I remembered this too, and looked it up a while ago and got lucky.
