    Eating Alot/ Periods
    Hey...

    This is kind of late to ask since I have had my period for 4 years but,

    Is it normal to eat A lot on your period?
    Its ridiculous how much I eat the first 2 days I get my period.
    I dotn seem to put on weight when I have my period also, Why I do not know haha

    But, is it normal? Or... is it just me being a pig ?LOL

    :) lol I eat like a pig myself I noticed. I start tommorw and eat horribly yesterday and today I want to eat so bad but I am not hungry I have to tell myself no. So I guess its normal cause I do it too. Look for healthy yummy snacks to ensure no wait gain. Good luck

    Haha ^.^ I just got my period today and I kind of... ate a lot but I am taking control haha.

    Got to say to myself, Fruits and veggies
    Insteatd of... Chocolate haha because dieting so hard when you have your period.
