    Failing to return juror qualification form
    I just got a letter from NJ court saying I have to appear in court for failure to return a juror qualification form that I never received. Can anyone help me - what should I do?:confused:

    I would suggest contacting an attorney for advice and possible representation. I would also suggest seeing if the jury qualification forms were sent out in some way to insure that people would get them, like by certified or registered mail. If they weren't, then you most likely will have a case that could go in your favor and you also might be able to represent yourself without having to pay for the representation of an attorney. A lot of mail does get lost in the shuffle if it wasn't sent in some way to insure that whoever was to receive it, did indeed receive it.
