Are your symptoms mild, moderate, or severe? Treatment regimes vary significantly with the level of affliction.

There is a plethora of over the counter drugs including Claritin (generic: Loratadine) and Benadryl (generic: Diphenhydramine- yeah, its long ^^). Claritin is non-drowsy whereas benadryl often can make users very drowsy. Both claim to alleviate both indoor and outdoor symptoms. Zyrtec, recently available only with a prescription, is now available over the counter also. If nothing over the counter works, you could always see a family doctor about prescription alternatives. Really if you have SEVERE allergies, only medication is really going to work.
